Emergency Ambulance Services are usually portrayed as providing the NHS trust with additional responses to assist with the never ending, growing demand for 999 emergency responses in the UK. In true definition, an emergency response can occur at any time and should be a consideration for many other types of patient transport to include High Dependency.
As such, our qualified staff will assess the needs of any patient transport request to ensure that the correct and appropriate tier of response is provided in the best interests of patient care and the service user. Where emergency response vehicles are required, we will again ensure, that our vehicles will be maintained and equipped to a minimum of NHS standards. We further ensure that our staff will be properly trained to recognised standards for all disciplines from Emergency Care Assistants to Paramedics and Doctors. All our staff follow a robust recruitment process including full enhanced DBS checking as required by the CQC.
All procurement of vehicles and equipment are properly selected and implemented with our fully qualified and highly experienced clinical management structure. We are able to operate in all regions of the UK to include moving operations into a region for contract work with a minimum lead time arrangement.
We follow the sentiment that no job is either too big or small as long as we have the available resources to undertake the work. We will at no time attempt to decieve the service user into unrealsitic expectations and will decline any job if we are aware that we cannot meet the expectations safely and reliably. We are able to offer an emergency service package for individual transport or transfer solutions for appropriate emergency journeys. These will include individual private journeys arranged via a Doctor, NHS contract work, Hospitals and clinics, insurance and Air Medical Services assistance, to name a few.
We like to tailor our services to the needs of the client or service user as long as we deem the request to be in the best interests clinically of the patient. All A&E (Emergency vehicles) are clinically led by qualified staff either as Ambulance Technicians or Paramedic grades. All Ambulance Technicians are only used following fully accredited training under IHCD Ed-Excel certification only. No Private sector Non-IHCD Technicians will be used. Doctors can be provided upon request. Clinically led crews will be accompanied by a fully trained Emergency Care Assistant to NHS standards.
